Our Thermo device is a versatile massage ball of multi-directional movements which can be used for pre- and post-workout recovery, promoting relaxation, self-myofascial release, alleviation of muscle stress, release of tight muscle knots, trigger point therapy and flexibility improvement.​

Thermo is a heat and ice therapy massage device. For ice therapy, add water and place it in the freezer until frozen, then use it to gently massage the area affected in a slow, circular motion, avoiding staying in one place for too long. Limit the cold/ice massage therapy to about 5-6 minutes at a time.

 

Heat massaging can be introduced by adding heated elements for significant relief to many areas and types of muscle tension, reducing tightness caused by muscle strains and accelerating recovery.
